I love this toy box. We had gotten another one that was very similar except that it didn’t have the bookshelf part on top and it was green. It came broken.
This toy box came in perfect condition. It’s durable, holds A LOT of toys, and I like the part where you can stick books or other toys on top.
Highly recommended.
This handy storage chest and bookshelf will house toys and games and stuffed animals galore, and also provide a nifty bookcase for storing toddler’s reading literature. It is sturdy and will provide storage for years. Easy assembly by an adult. It has a back panel in the bookcase to prevent books and other items from falling off the back side of the unit.

It’s sad to say that I would LOVE to buy this toy box! It’s not available in the actual store (target) and the other Amazon option doesn’t have the Pink available either. The toy box is great! A friend has the red version for her son and it’s nice and really durable. However, like other people who posted I just had to check it out for myself, I couldn’t believe it would be + for shipping. It really is. It doesn’t qualify for Super Saver shipping because it’s a “Target” item. So count on at least in shipping and in my opinion that is just silly! You could order it direct from Toys r’ us or Target with free shipping for free shipping. You could go to Little Tikes website and order the Pink Sort ‘n Store(tm) Toy Chest and pay shipping and it’s almost the same price. I just can’t rationalize for shipping. It’s nuts.
It’s a real shame.

I was pleased with the reviews on this product and was in the process of ordering it when I saw the shipping charges. .99!!!! I actually backed out and redid it because I was certain that there was no way in the world that shipping this toy box would cost more than the actual box. Who in the world would ever pay that much to ship this? Toysrus, here I come…………..
